Smart Buildings Show 2017 will have the first conference dedicated to smart commercial buildings and what that means to the UK.

Comprising two theatres, The Energy Theatre and The Connected Theatre, the conference will look at what’s happening in the smart buildings market, how it will be affected by legislation, the latest products and trends, plus have panel discussions which will look at the top issues in the sector.

The Energy Theatre will look at how technology can continue to drive down energy usage and how facilities managers and building owners will need to work together in order achieve this outcome. There will also be practical demonstrations and case studies on how companies are managing to implement policy. This theatre will cover topics such as HVAC, building control and lighting.

The Connected Theatre will look at all devices connected to the building, whether that is by IP, wireless, Bluetooth or any other protocol. It will look at the impact of BIM and BMS on the building plus other associated topics such as security and software.

Smart Buildings Show will look at product development and outsourcing in the sector, plus third party implementation.
