Darlene Pope is Vice President and Global Lead for Smart Buildings and Digital Workplace Experience at WeWork. Ms. Pope is a smart building industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology, and smart building consulting.
Prior to WeWork, Ms. Pope founded and served as Executive Vice President and Global Practice Lead for JLL's Smart Building Practice. Ms. Pope led the development and deployment of global master plans for corporate and investor clients, providing unique vision and strategy for fully integrated smart building and digital workplace technologies. While at JLL, Ms. Pope was the project lead for the McDonald's HQ smart building project in Chicago, and the MetLife District Center project in DC -- both recognized as two of the smartest buildings in the U.S. She also led the team who developed one of the first fully integrated smart workplace mobile apps, including location-based services for active wayfinding, room booking, temperature and lighting control, occupancy detection, finding points of interest, and other groundbreaking features.
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Pope was the founder and CEO of CoR Advisors®, a woman-owned small business, specializing in smart buildings and technology consulting for commercial and corporate real estate. CoR Advisors was acquired by JLL in 2015.
Ms. Pope is a nationally recognized visionary, consultant, subject matter expert, author, and speaker on smart buildings, digital workplace, IoT, energy management, mobile applications, wireless solutions, and other real estate technologies. Based on her accomplishments and work in the industry, she was named "Visionary of the Year" in DC, was recognized as a DaVinci Gold Award Winner and received the President's Award For Excellence at JLL, and was named as one of Bisnow's Power Women in Commercial Real Estate.

Pradyumna Pandit is the Vice President UK & Ireland of Digital Energy, a division of Schneider Electric’s Building and IT business. Schneider Electric is the global specialist in energy management and automation. Pradyumna has extensive business management and project execution experience in process, discrete and building automation domains.
He joined Schneider Electric after 18 years at Honeywell where he held general management, operations and marketing roles in Asia, Americas and EMEA. He has deep experience in developing and delivering complex software led solutions involving information technologies and operational technologies. Pradyumna has an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade New Delhi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Pune.
