Delivering an Integrated Workplace Experience in Smart Buildings

The Smart Building era has opened creative possibilities for owners and operators to maximise the value of their facility and provide a differentiated superior occupant experience. In the real estate sector, space utilisation is becoming a heavily discussed topic amongst owners and operators alike.

Buildings are becoming central to talent attraction, with a huge shift in the age of the workforce population. Furthermore, organisations are adopting concepts such as employee engagement and wellbeing as core pillars of their corporate strategy. This talk will highlight the trends that are driving the demand for Smart Workplaces, and discuss a holistic approach to enhancing comfort and wellbeing, while simultaneously providing occupants with a seamless way to interact with their facilities. The presentation will also touch upon how bringing together people, technology, and environment through connectivity can help improve operating efficiencies, and greatly contribute towards employee engagement.

We, at Schneider Electric, are also extremely delighted to be using using this platform to launch our newest solution to optimise space, improve wellbeing and employee experience, enhance productivity, and reduce facility service costs.
