Microsoft Smart Buildings: Transforming Spaces with IoT

With changing workplace trends, new lease accounting rules, and increased pressure to lower costs and operate sustainably, companies want to transform their spaces with internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI).  IoT and AI can help building owners, operators, and occupants efficiently manage and live in buildings—saving costs and energy, as well as organizing space to fit their culture and goals.  Hospitals, stadiums, and factories can all be smarter, and the same applies to the electrical grids that connect them and the cities that contain them.  In this session, I will explore scenarios for building owners, operators, and occupants and show what Microsoft is building to help partners create smart space solutions at scale.
