Jonathon Scott

Jonathon is a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Propcode a company delivering building decarbonisation technology solutions to existing and new properties.

Having spent 20 years of his career working at board level throughout the UK in investment, land and new build property Jonathon has developed an extensive understanding of the market delivering on projects ranging from small scale commercial premises through to large scale mixed use and residential led schemes. Jonathon has seen first hand the challenges faced in delivering new property and upgrading existing stock from the perspective of investors, developers, owners, operators and construction teams.

The Propcode team in conjunction with Beckhoff have developed technology solutions enabling commercial grade building control and automation available to the wider new build housing market.
